E-Book for Free Download

We also have the pleasure to inform you that our book Networks: the Evolving Aspects of Culture in the 21st Century, Culturelink Joint Publication Series no.15, has now been made fully available in PDF format for free download from the Culturelink website. In the book, researchers from all continents investigate the role that cultural networks play in cultural development and international cultural cooperation. The book can be downloaded from www.culturelink.org/publics/joint/networking/Cvjeticanin_Networks.pdf. The print edition of the book may also still be ordered.

3.   TANDEM - CULTURAL MANAGERS EXCHANGE 2013-2014

The TANDEM - Cultural Managers Exchange Turkey - European Union 2013-2014 aims at establishing long-term partnerships between cultural organisations from Turkey and EU countries. It is targeted on engaging participants in an intense international collaboration process, which includes realisation of a shared interdisciplinary project, linked to their cultural expertise. 4.   Call for 2013 Collaboration Grants

The European Cultural Foundation (ECF) is looking for cross-border artistic and cultural projects by cultural organisations working together with organisations from outside the cultural sector to apply for the 2013 Collaboration Grants scheme. The deadline for application is 25 March 2013. >>>

5.   Allianz Cultural Foundation: Call for Projects for 2014

The Allianz Cultural Foundation promotes and supports cultural and artistic networking in Europe and the Mediterranean region. The focus of the promotion is on exchange and encounter projects, as well as discursive events in contemporary art, literature, dance and theatre. Applications for 2014 have to be received by 31 March 2013. >>>

6.   Open Call for Young Artists: CSAV - Artists Research Laboratory

The CSAV - Artists Research Laboratory is a project where dialogue and exchange among artists of different generations and nationalities stand at the heart of a unique artistic and learning experience. The 19th edition of the laboratory, entitled Meaning of Things, will be held in Como, Italy, on 5 - 29 July 2013. Application deadline: 5 April 2013. >>>

7.   The Banff Centre: Thematic Residency 2014

12.   Public Policies toward Museums in Times of Crisis

ICOM Portugal and ICOM Europe are jointly organising a conference to promote the exchange of knowledge related to the diversity of public policies towards museums and its relations with the financial and economic, but most of all, social and cultural crisis currently developing in Europe. 13.   NEW DATE: THE BEST IN HERITAGE 2013

With the International National Trusts Organisation as the founding global partner, and Europa Nostra as the founding European partner and host, the organisers announce the launch of the Global Heritage Forum, to take place at this year's conference The Best in Heritage, scheduled for 19-21 September 2013 in Dubrovnik, Croatia. >>>

14.   6th World Summit on Arts and Culture

The 6th World Summit on Arts and Culture will be held in Santiago de Chile, Chile, on 13-16 January 2014. 15.   The 7 Most Endangered

Aiming to identify endangered monuments and sites in Europe, the continent's leading heritage organisation Europa Nostra has launched its new flagship programme under the name of The 7 Most Endangered, with the European Investment Bank Group, represented by the EIB Institute, as its founding partner. The first list of The 7 Most Endangered will be announced during Europa Nostra's 50th anniversary Congress in Athens on 16 June 2013. >>>
